অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা, “গ্রহণ করছি” বক্সে টিক দেওয়া বা ওয়েবসাইট/অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্ত, গোপনীয়তা নীতি, কমিউনিটি নীতিমালা এবং প্রযোজ্য বাণিজ্য ও সেবা নীতি মেনে নেন। আলাদা কোনো ফিচারে অতিরিক্ত শর্ত দেখানো হলে সেই ফিচারের জন্য সেগুলোও প্রযোজ্য।
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using our websites or apps, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable Commerce & Services Policy. Feature-specific terms shown to you also apply to that feature.
“JogaJug”, “যোগাযোগ”, “আমরা” বা “আমাদের” বলতে বাংলাদেশের Shakur & Harun Group কর্তৃক পরিচালিত JogaJug সেবা বোঝায়।
“JogaJug,” “we,” and “us” mean the JogaJug services operated in Bangladesh by Shakur & Harun Group.
২. যোগ্যতা, শিশু ও অ্যাকাউন্ট
2. Eligibility, minors, and accounts
- ১৮ বছর বা বেশি হলে নিজে এই চুক্তি করতে পারেন। ১৮ বছরের কম হলে পিতা-মাতা/আইনি অভিভাবককে আপনার ব্যবহার অনুমোদন, শর্ত গ্রহণ ও তত্ত্বাবধান করতে হবে। ১৮+ হিসেবে চিহ্নিত ফিচার অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যবহার করতে পারবে না।
- সঠিক, বর্তমান তথ্য দিন; একক ব্যক্তিগত অ্যাকাউন্ট অন্যকে বিক্রি, ভাড়া বা হস্তান্তর করবেন না; পাসওয়ার্ড/OTP গোপন রাখুন।
- আইনে নিষিদ্ধ ব্যক্তি, পূর্বে গুরুতর লঙ্ঘনের জন্য স্থায়ীভাবে অপসারিত ব্যক্তি, বা অন্যের পরিচয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে পারবেন না।
- If you are 18 or older, you may accept these Terms yourself. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and supervise your use and accept these Terms. Minors may not use features marked 18+.
- Provide accurate, current information; do not sell, rent, or transfer a personal account; keep passwords and OTPs confidential.
- You may not use JogaJug if prohibited by law, permanently removed for serious violations, or impersonating another person.
অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ সন্দেহ হলে দ্রুত [email protected]-এ জানান। আপনার অবহেলার কারণে হওয়া ব্যবহার এবং আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয় ততটুকুর জন্য আপনি দায়ী।
Promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected]. You are responsible for use caused by your failure to protect credentials to the extent permitted by law.

JogaJug স্থানীয় পোস্ট, সংবাদ, এলাকা, গ্রুপ/পেজ, মেসেজিং, চাকরি ও গিগ, দোকান/মার্কেটপ্লেস, চালক ও অন-ডিমান্ড সেবা, ম্যাপ, ইভেন্ট, সম্পর্ক/ম্যাট্রিমোনিয়াল এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচারের প্রযুক্তিগত প্ল্যাটফর্ম।
JogaJug provides technology for local posts, news, areas, groups/pages, messaging, jobs and gigs, shops/marketplaces, drivers and on-demand services, maps, events, relationship/matrimonial features, and related functions.
যেখানে আমরা স্পষ্টভাবে বিক্রেতা বা সেবা প্রদানকারী বলি না, সেখানে ব্যবহারকারী, দোকান, নিয়োগদাতা, চালক বা সেবা প্রদানকারীর চুক্তির পক্ষ আমরা নই; পণ্য, কাজ, মূল্য, লাইসেন্স, নিরাপত্তা বা সম্পাদনের গ্যারান্টিও দিই না। “যাচাইকৃত” চিহ্ন নির্দিষ্ট যাচাই বোঝায়, পূর্ণ অনুমোদন বা ভবিষ্যৎ আচরণের নিশ্চয়তা নয়। কর্মী/পার্টনারের আইনি অবস্থান তাদের আলাদা চুক্তি ও বাস্তব সম্পর্ক অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
Unless we expressly identify ourselves as seller or provider, we are not a party to contracts among users, shops, employers, drivers, or service providers and do not guarantee goods, work, pricing, licensing, safety, or completion. A “verified” label means only the checks stated, not endorsement or guaranteed future conduct. A worker’s or partner’s legal status depends on the separate agreement and actual relationship.
৪. আপনার কনটেন্ট ও অনুমতি
4. Your content and permissions
আপনার কনটেন্টের মালিকানা আপনার। পোস্ট, ছবি, ভিডিও, অডিও, রিভিউ, তালিকা বা অন্যান্য কনটেন্ট আপলোড করলে আপনি আমাদের বিশ্বব্যাপী, অ-একচেটিয়া, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত, সাবলাইসেন্সযোগ্য লাইসেন্স দেন—শুধু সেবা চালানো, সংরক্ষণ, প্রদর্শন, বিতরণ, ফরম্যাট/রিসাইজ, নিরাপত্তা, মডারেশন ও প্রচারের জন্য এবং আপনার নির্ধারিত গোপনীয়তা অনুযায়ী।
You retain ownership of your content. Uploading posts, photos, video, audio, reviews, listings, or other content grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence only to operate, store, display, distribute, format/resize, secure, moderate, and promote the service consistent with your privacy settings.
কনটেন্ট মুছলে সক্রিয় প্রদর্শন থেকে সরানোর চেষ্টা করব; তবে ব্যাকআপ, আইনি সংরক্ষণ, পূর্বে অন্যের সাথে শেয়ার হওয়া কপি বা বৈধ প্রমাণে সীমিত সময় থাকতে পারে। আপনি নিশ্চয়তা দেন যে প্রয়োজনীয় অধিকার/অনুমতি আপনার আছে এবং কনটেন্ট আইন বা কারও গোপনীয়তা, মেধাস্বত্ব বা সুনাম লঙ্ঘন করে না।
After deletion we will seek to remove content from active display, but backups, legal holds, copies previously shared by others, or lawful evidence may remain for a limited period. You warrant that you have necessary rights and permissions and that your content does not violate law or another’s privacy, intellectual property, or reputation.

বেআইনি, প্রতারণামূলক, মানহানিকর, হয়রানিমূলক, ঘৃণা/সহিংসতা উসকে দেওয়া, যৌন শোষণমূলক, শিশু-ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ, আত্মহানি উৎসাহিতকারী, গোপন তথ্য ফাঁসকারী, স্প্যাম, ভুয়া পরিচয়/রিভিউ/সংবাদ, নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য, ম্যালওয়্যার, অননুমোদিত স্ক্র্যাপিং, নিরাপত্তা ভাঙা বা প্ল্যাটফর্মের অপব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ। বিস্তারিত কমিউনিটি নীতিমালায়।
Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful or violent, sexually exploitative, child-endangering, self-harm-promoting, privacy-invasive, spam, fake identity/review/news, prohibited goods, malware, unauthorized scraping, security circumvention, and platform abuse are forbidden. See the Community Guidelines.
৬. দোকান, সেবা, চাকরি, পেমেন্ট ও কয়েন
6. Shops, services, jobs, payments, and coins
লেনদেনের আগে পরিচয়, যোগ্যতা, পণ্য, মূল্য, ডেলিভারি, নিরাপদ স্থান ও বাতিল/ফেরত শর্ত যাচাই করুন। আইনসিদ্ধ মূল্য, কর, লাইসেন্স, রসিদ, গুণমান ও ভোক্তা প্রতিকারের দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতা/সেবা প্রদানকারীর। JogaJug ফি বা নিজস্ব বিক্রয় থাকলে চেকআউটে স্পষ্ট করা হবে। আইনগত ভোক্তা অধিকার কোনো “চূড়ান্ত বিক্রয়” ভাষায় বাতিল হয় না।
Before transacting, verify identity, qualifications, goods, price, delivery, safe meeting place, and cancellation/refund terms. The relevant seller/provider is responsible for lawful pricing, tax, licences, receipts, quality, and consumer remedies. Any JogaJug fee or direct sale will be identified at checkout. “Final sale” language does not override statutory consumer rights.
ইন-অ্যাপ কয়েন/পয়েন্ট নগদ, ব্যাংক আমানত বা বিনিয়োগ নয়; দেখানো শর্ত ছাড়া হস্তান্তর/নগদায়নযোগ্য নয় এবং জালিয়াতি বা চার্জব্যাকে সমন্বয় হতে পারে। বাস্তব টাকা বা পেআউট ফিচারে পৃথক মূল্য ও শর্ত প্রযোজ্য।
In-app coins/points are not cash, deposits, or investments; they are not transferable or redeemable except as expressly shown and may be adjusted for fraud or chargebacks. Separate prices and terms apply to real-money or payout features.
৭. মডারেশন, রিপোর্ট, স্থগিতকরণ ও আপিল
7. Moderation, reports, suspension, and appeals
আইন, নীতি, নিরাপত্তা বা সিস্টেমের অখণ্ডতার জন্য আমরা কনটেন্টের দৃশ্যমানতা কমাতে/সরাতে, ফিচার সীমিত করতে, অর্থপ্রদান আটকে তদন্ত করতে বা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত/বন্ধ করতে পারি। জরুরি ঝুঁকি, জালিয়াতি বা আইনি নিষেধ না থাকলে যুক্তিসঙ্গত নোটিশ ও অ্যাপের আপিল ব্যবস্থা দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করব। রিপোর্ট মিথ্যা বা প্রতিশোধমূলকভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
For law, policy, safety, or system integrity, we may reduce visibility or remove content, restrict features, hold a payout during investigation, or suspend/terminate accounts. Unless urgent risk, fraud, or law prevents it, we will try to give reasonable notice and an in-app appeal route. Do not submit knowingly false or retaliatory reports.
৮. নিরাপত্তা ও উচ্চ-ঝুঁকির ব্যবহার
8. Safety and higher-risk uses
JogaJug জরুরি সেবা নয়। বিপদে ৯৯৯ বা উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। ম্যাপ, অবস্থান, রাস্তা, সংবাদ, চাকরি, চিকিৎসা/আইনি/আর্থিক আলোচনা, পরিচয়, রাইড, ডেলিভারি ও ম্যাট্রিমোনিয়াল তথ্য স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাই করুন। অপরিচিতকে টাকা, OTP, পাসওয়ার্ড বা অপ্রয়োজনীয় সংবেদনশীল তথ্য দেবেন না; জনসমাগমস্থলে দেখা করুন এবং বিশ্বস্ত ব্যক্তিকে জানান।
JogaJug is not an emergency service. In danger contact 999 or the appropriate authority. Independently verify maps, location, roads, news, jobs, medical/legal/financial discussions, identities, rides, deliveries, and matrimonial information. Never give strangers money, OTPs, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive data; meet publicly and tell someone you trust.
৯. JogaJug-এর মেধাস্বত্ব
9. JogaJug intellectual property
অ্যাপ, কোড, ডিজাইন, ব্র্যান্ড, লোগো ও আমাদের তৈরি কনটেন্টের অধিকার আমাদের/লাইসেন্সদাতার। ব্যক্তিগত, বৈধ ব্যবহারের সীমিত, বাতিলযোগ্য, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো অধিকার দেওয়া হয় না। বৈধ আন্তঃপরিচালনা ব্যতীত কপি, রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, বিক্রি বা ডেরিভেটিভ সেবা বানাবেন না। মেধাস্বত্ব অভিযোগে কাজের পরিচয়, অধিকার, লঙ্ঘনকারী URL ও যোগাযোগসহ [email protected]-এ লিখুন।
The apps, code, design, brand, logos, and our content belong to us or our licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for lawful personal use. Except lawful interoperability, do not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or build derivative services. Send IP notices identifying the work, rights, infringing URL, and contact details to [email protected].
১০. পরিষেবা ও ওয়ারেন্টি
10. Service and warranties
প্রযোজ্য আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, সেবা “যেমন আছে” ও “যখন পাওয়া যায়” ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়। নিরবচ্ছিন্নতা, ত্রুটিমুক্ততা, সব কনটেন্টের সত্যতা, ব্যবহারকারীর পরিচয়, ফলাফল বা নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে উপযোগিতার নিশ্চয়তা দিই না। তবে আমাদের স্পষ্ট প্রতিশ্রুতি, জালিয়াতি, ইচ্ছাকৃত অসদাচরণ, গুরুতর অবহেলা বা আইনে বাদ দেওয়া যায় না এমন ওয়ারেন্টি এই অনুচ্ছেদে বাদ যায় না।
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, truth of all content, user identity, outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not exclude our express promises, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or warranties that law does not permit us to exclude.
১১. দায়ের সীমা ও ক্ষতিপূরণ
11. Limits of liability and indemnity
আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, পরোক্ষ, বিশেষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, দৃষ্টান্তমূলক বা ফলশ্রুত ক্ষতি এবং হারানো মুনাফা/ডেটার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই যদি তা যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে অনুমেয় না হয়। অর্থপ্রদত্ত JogaJug সেবাসংক্রান্ত আমাদের মোট চুক্তিগত দায় সাধারণত দাবির আগের ১২ মাসে সেই সেবায় আপনি যে ফি দিয়েছেন তার বেশি হবে না; বিনামূল্যের সেবায় সীমা ৫,০০০ টাকা। এই সীমা মৃত্যু/শারীরিক ক্ষতি, জালিয়াতি, ইচ্ছাকৃত অসদাচরণ, গুরুতর অবহেলা, গোপনীয়তা/উপাত্ত লঙ্ঘনে আইনি দায়, বা বাধ্যতামূলক ভোক্তা অধিকার সীমিত করে না।
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential loss or lost profit/data that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate contractual liability for a paid JogaJug service will ordinarily not exceed fees you paid for that service during the 12 months before the claim; for free services, the cap is BDT 5,000. These limits do not apply to death/personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, legally imposed privacy/data liability, or mandatory consumer rights.
আপনার বেআইনি কনটেন্ট, জালিয়াতি, তৃতীয় পক্ষের অধিকার লঙ্ঘন বা ইচ্ছাকৃত/গুরুতর নীতি ভঙ্গের কারণে তৃতীয় পক্ষের বৈধ দাবি ও যুক্তিসঙ্গত খরচ থেকে আপনি আমাদের ক্ষতিমুক্ত রাখবেন—তবে আমাদের নিজের দোষ বা আইন যেখানে অনুমতি দেয় না সেখানে নয়; আমরা আপনাকে নোটিশ ও প্রতিরক্ষায় অংশ নেওয়ার সুযোগ দেব।
You will indemnify us against valid third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, fraud, infringement, or wilful/material policy breach, but not for our own fault or where law disallows it; we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defence.
১২. অভিযোগ, প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ
12. Complaints, governing law, and disputes
প্রথমে [email protected]-এ ঘটনা, অ্যাকাউন্ট ও চাওয়া সমাধান লিখুন; আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়ে পর্যালোচনা করব। প্রযোজ্য হলে জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তরসহ আইনগত অভিযোগের অধিকার অক্ষুণ্ণ।
First email [email protected] with the event, account, and requested remedy; we will review within a reasonable time. Any right to complain to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection or another authority remains available where applicable.
এই শর্ত বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত। বাধ্যতামূলক আইন বা ভোক্তার অনুমোদিত ফোরাম সাপেক্ষে, অমীমাংসিত বিরোধের বিচার বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতে হবে। কোনো অনুচ্ছেদ অবৈধ হলে প্রয়োজনীয় ন্যূনতম অংশ বাদ দিয়ে বাকিটা বহাল থাকবে।
Bangladesh law governs these Terms. Subject to mandatory law and any consumer forum available to you, unresolved disputes will be heard by a competent court in Bangladesh. If a provision is invalid, it will be narrowed or severed only as needed and the remainder survives.
১৩. পরিবর্তন, সমাপ্তি ও বহাল থাকা
13. Changes, termination, and survival
আইন, নিরাপত্তা বা সেবা বদলালে শর্ত পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনে কার্যকর হওয়ার আগে অ্যাপ/ওয়েব/ইমেইলে নোটিশ দেব এবং প্রয়োজন হলে পুনরায় সম্মতি নেব। জরুরি আইন/নিরাপত্তা পরিবর্তন দ্রুত কার্যকর হতে পারে। নতুন শর্ত না মানলে ব্যবহার বন্ধ ও অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। মালিকানা, বকেয়া, কনটেন্ট লাইসেন্সের প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ, দায়, বিরোধ ও আইনগত সংরক্ষণ সমাপ্তির পরও প্রযোজ্য থাকবে।
We may update Terms for legal, safety, or service changes. Before material changes take effect, we will notify you in-app, on the web, or by email and obtain renewed acceptance where required. Urgent legal/security changes may apply sooner. If you disagree, stop using JogaJug and request account closure. Ownership, amounts due, necessary parts of content licences, liability, disputes, and lawful retention survive termination.
