Shakur & Harun Group, Bangladesh (“JogaJug”) JogaJug ওয়েবসাইট, মূল অ্যাপ এবং Sheba, Utility, Reporter, Admin ও সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাপ/সেবায় আমরা যে ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্তের উদ্দেশ্য ও পদ্ধতি নির্ধারণ করি তার উপাত্ত-জিম্মাদার/নিয়ন্ত্রক। কোনো দোকান, নিয়োগদাতা বা সেবা প্রদানকারী নিজ উদ্দেশ্যে তথ্য নিলে সে আলাদা নিয়ন্ত্রক হতে পারে। তাদের নিজ নীতি দেখুন।
Shakur & Harun Group, Bangladesh (“JogaJug”) is the data controller/custodian for personal data whose purposes and means we determine across the JogaJug website, main app, Sheba, Utility, Reporter, Admin, and related services. A shop, employer, or provider using data for its own purposes may be a separate controller; review its notice.

- অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পরিচয়: নাম, ফোন, ইমেইল, ইউজারনেম, পাসওয়ার্ডের হ্যাশ, ভাষা, OTP যাচাই, জন্মতারিখ, ছবি, ঠিকানা/এলাকা ও রেফারেল।
- প্রোফাইল ও সামাজিক: বায়ো, বন্ধু/ব্লক, গ্রুপ/পেজ, পোস্ট, মন্তব্য, প্রতিক্রিয়া, স্টোরি, রিল, ছবি ও ভিডিও, মেসেজ ও রিপোর্ট।
- সেবা ও বাণিজ্য: দোকান/পণ্য, অর্ডার, গ্রাহক অনুরোধ, পিকআপ/ড্রপঅফ, ফোন/ঠিকানা, রিভিউ, চাকরি/আবেদন/প্রমাণ, ড্রাইভার বা কর্মী নিবন্ধন, পরিচয় ও লাইসেন্স-সংক্রান্ত নথি।
- সংবেদনশীল বা বিশেষ: আপনি দিলে সম্পর্ক/ম্যাট্রিমোনিয়াল পছন্দ ও বায়োডাটা, সুনির্দিষ্ট অবস্থান, পরিচয় নথি, আর্থিক/পেআউট তথ্য এবং অভিযোগ/নিরাপত্তা তথ্য।
- প্রযুক্তিগত ও ব্যবহার: IP বা তার হ্যাশ, ডিভাইস/অ্যাপ, push token, user-agent, লগ, ত্রুটি, সময়, ক্লিক/ইমপ্রেশন, নিরাপত্তা ঘটনা, কুকি/লোকাল স্টোরেজ ও সম্মতি সংস্করণ।
- অবস্থান ও ম্যাপ: আপনার অনুমতিতে আনুমানিক/সুনির্দিষ্ট অবস্থান, নির্বাচিত এলাকা ও কাছাকাছি স্থান—বর্তমান-অবস্থান ও ম্যাপ ফিচারের জন্য।
- Account and identity: name, phone, email, username, password hash, language, OTP verification, birth date, photo, address/area, and referral.
- Profile and social: bio, friends/blocks, groups/pages, posts, comments, reactions, stories, reels, photos and videos, messages, and reports.
- Services and commerce: shops/products, orders, customer requests, pickup/drop-off, phone/address, reviews, jobs/applications/proof, driver or worker registration, identity and licence documents.
- Sensitive or special: if supplied, relationship/matrimonial preferences and biodata, precise location, identity documents, financial/payout details, and complaint/safety information.
- Technical and usage: IP or its hash, device/app, push token, user-agent, logs, errors, times, clicks/impressions, security events, cookies/local storage, and accepted policy versions.
- Location and maps: with permission, coarse/precise location, chosen area, and nearby places for current-location and map features.

তথ্য আসে আপনার কাছ থেকে; অ্যাপ/ডিভাইস ব্যবহারের সময় স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে; অন্য ব্যবহারকারী (ট্যাগ, কনটেন্ট, রিপোর্ট, রিভিউ); দোকান/চালক/কর্মী/নিয়োগদাতা; পরিচয়, পেমেন্ট, হোস্টিং, ম্যাপ, অ্যানালিটিক্স ও নিরাপত্তা সেবা; এবং আইনসিদ্ধ উন্মুক্ত/সরকারি উৎস থেকে। অন্যের তথ্য দিলে তাদের জানান ও প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমতি নিন।
Data comes from you; automatically through app/device use; other users (tags, content, reports, reviews); shops/drivers/workers/employers; identity, payment, hosting, map, analytics, and security providers; and lawful public/government sources. If you provide another person’s data, inform them and obtain required permission.

আমরা বৈধ উদ্দেশ্য, প্রয়োজনীয়তা ও আনুপাতিকতার ভিত্তিতে তথ্য ব্যবহার করি: অ্যাকাউন্ট ও চুক্তি বাস্তবায়ন; চাওয়া কনটেন্ট/মেসেজ/ম্যাপ/অর্ডার/ম্যাচ/সেবা দেওয়া; পরিচয় ও যোগ্যতা যাচাই; ব্যক্তিগতকরণ; নিরাপত্তা, জালিয়াতি ও অপব্যবহার প্রতিরোধ; সহায়তা/আপিল; পেমেন্ট/হিসাব; গবেষণা ও সমষ্টিগত পরিসংখ্যান; সেবা উন্নয়ন; আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা ও বৈধ দাবি।
We process data for lawful, necessary, and proportionate purposes: account and contract performance; delivering requested content/messages/maps/orders/matches/services; identity and eligibility checks; personalization; safety, fraud, and abuse prevention; support/appeals; payment/accounting; research and aggregate statistics; service improvement; legal duties and lawful claims.
প্রযোজ্য ভিত্তি হলো আপনার সাথে চুক্তি/অনুরোধ, অবহিত ও প্রত্যাহারযোগ্য সম্মতি (বিশেষত permission, ঐচ্ছিক সংবেদনশীল তথ্য ও সরাসরি বিপণন), আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্বার্থ, এবং আপনার অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ না করা বৈধ স্বার্থ। সম্মতি না দিলে ঐচ্ছিক ফিচার বন্ধ থাকতে পারে; মূল সেবার অপ্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যকে বাধ্যতামূলক সম্মতির সাথে জুড়ি না।
Applicable grounds include your contract/request, informed and withdrawable consent (especially permissions, optional sensitive data, and direct marketing), legal obligations, vital interests, and legitimate interests that do not override your rights. Refusal may disable an optional feature; we do not bundle unnecessary processing into consent for core service.

প্রোফাইল/পোস্টে Public, Friends বা Private এবং মেসেজ/অনলাইন স্ট্যাটাসের সেটিং থাকতে পারে। প্রাপকের কাছে অর্ডার/রাইড/সেবা সম্পন্নের জন্য নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা ও অবস্থান প্রকাশ হতে পারে। রিপোর্টের তথ্য মডারেটর দেখতে পারে। ম্যাট্রিমোনিয়াল যোগাযোগ পারস্পরিক গ্রহণের পর প্রকাশ হতে পারে। সেটিং সব ঝুঁকি দূর করে না: প্রাপক স্ক্রিনশট/কপি করতে পারে, আইনি প্রয়োজনেও তথ্য দেওয়া হতে পারে।
Profiles/posts may offer Public, Friends, or Private settings and controls for messages/online status. Completing an order/ride/service may reveal name, phone, address, and location to the recipient. Moderators may review reports. Matrimonial contact may be revealed after mutual acceptance. Controls cannot eliminate all risk: recipients may screenshot/copy and legal disclosure may still apply.

7. Permissions, maps, and embedded services
অ্যাপ শুধু আপনি যে ফিচার ব্যবহার করছেন তার জন্য ডিভাইস permission চায়; ডিভাইস সেটিংস থেকে আপনি তা বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারেন, তখন সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচার কাজ নাও করতে পারে।
The app requests device permissions only for the specific feature you are using, and you can decline or change them in your device settings, which may stop that feature from working.
- অবস্থান: শুধু বর্তমান-অবস্থান, কাছাকাছি ও ম্যাপ ফিচারের জন্য আনুমানিক বা সুনির্দিষ্ট অবস্থান চাওয়া হয়।
- ক্যামেরা: পোস্টে ছবি যোগ করতে অ্যাপ সিস্টেম ইমেজ পিকারের মাধ্যমে ডিভাইস ক্যামেরা খুলতে পারে; স্থায়ী Android ক্যামেরা permission রাখে না।
- ছবি: আপনার নির্বাচিত ছবি সিস্টেম পিকারের মাধ্যমে আপলোড হয়; অ্যাপ বিস্তৃত মিডিয়া-লাইব্রেরি বা ফাইল-স্টোরেজ অ্যাক্সেস চায় না।
- নোটিফিকেশন: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) নোটিফিকেশন পাঠাতে একটি installation/push token ব্যবহার করে।
- ম্যাপ: ম্যাপ টাইল সরাসরি OpenStreetMap থেকে আনা হয়, যা request/network তথ্য ও ম্যাপ-টাইল স্থানাঙ্ক পায়।
- YouTube: এমবেড করা YouTube প্লেয়ার YouTube Terms ও Google Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী YouTube/Google-এর সাথে device/request ও playback-interaction তথ্য বিনিময় করে।
- Location: coarse or precise location is requested only for current-location, nearby, and map features.
- Camera: the app can open your device camera through the system image picker to add a post photo; it does not hold a persistent Android camera permission.
- Photos: photos you select are uploaded through the system picker; the app does not request broad media-library or file-storage access.
- Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) uses an installation/push token to deliver notifications.
- Maps: map tiles are requested directly from OpenStreetMap, which receives request/network information and map-tile coordinates.
- YouTube: embedded YouTube players exchange device/request and playback-interaction data with YouTube/Google under the YouTube Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
এই অ্যাপ মাইক্রোফোন বা অডিও রেকর্ডিং, background location, বা বিস্তৃত ফাইল/স্টোরেজ অ্যাক্সেস ব্যবহার করে না এবং আপনার contacts/address book আপলোড করে না।
This app does not use the microphone or audio recording, background location, or broad files/storage access, and it does not upload your contacts/address book.
৮. বয়সের শর্ত (১৮+)
8. Age requirement (18+)
JogaJug ১৮ বছর ও তদূর্ধ্ব বয়সী ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য। ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী কেউ JogaJug অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি বা ব্যবহার করতে পারবে না। আমরা জেনেশুনে ১৮ বছরের কম কারও তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না বা আচরণভিত্তিক বিপণনে ব্যবহার করি না। কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট ১৮ বছরের কম কারও বলে জানতে পারলে যাচাই করে তা সীমিত বা মুছে দেব। ১৮ বছরের কম কেউ অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করেছে মনে হলে পিতা-মাতা/আইনি অভিভাবক [email protected]এ জানান।
JogaJug is for users aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not create or use a JogaJug account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 or use it for behavioural marketing. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will restrict or delete it after verification. A parent or legal guardian who believes a person under 18 has created an account should email [email protected].

অ্যাকাউন্ট চলাকালে ও উদ্দেশ্য পূরণের জন্য তথ্য রাখি। এরপর তথ্যের ধরন, ব্যবহারকারীর অনুরোধ, চুক্তি/লেনদেন, নিরাপত্তা, backup cycle এবং কর, হিসাব, ভোক্তা, শ্রম, প্রমাণ ও limitation period-এর আইনি প্রয়োজন দেখে মুছি, বেনামী করি বা সীমাবদ্ধ রাখি। সাধারণত active লগ স্বল্পমেয়াদি; সম্মতি/লেনদেন/মডারেশন নথি বৈধ দাবি ও নিরীক্ষার সময় পর্যন্ত; backup পরবর্তী নিরাপদ চক্রে মুছে যায়। আইনি hold থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট অংশ বেশি সময় রাখা যায়।
We retain data while an account is active and as needed for its purpose. We then delete, anonymize, or restrict it based on data type, user request, contracts/transactions, safety, backup cycles, and tax, accounting, consumer, labour, evidence, and limitation requirements. Active logs are generally shorter-lived; consent/transaction/moderation records remain through lawful claim and audit periods; backups expire in later secure cycles. Relevant data may remain longer under legal hold.

প্রবেশ নিয়ন্ত্রণ, password hashing, transport encryption, environment secrets, audit logging, backup, rate limit, কর্মীর প্রয়োজনভিত্তিক প্রবেশ ও প্রসেসর যাচাইসহ ঝুঁকিভিত্তিক প্রযুক্তিগত/সাংগঠনিক ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করি। কোনো পদ্ধতি শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়। আপনার অধিকার/নিরাপত্তায় ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ breach হলে প্রযোজ্য আইনে নির্ধারিত কর্তৃপক্ষ ও ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ব্যক্তিকে প্রয়োজনীয় সময়ে জানাব। সন্দেহে [email protected]এ লিখুন; পাবলিকভাবে দুর্বলতা প্রকাশের আগে যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময় দিন।
We use risk-based technical and organizational measures including access controls, password hashing, transport encryption, environment secrets, audit logs, backups, rate limits, need-to-know staff access, and processor review. No method is completely secure. If a breach risks your rights/safety, we will notify required authorities and affected people within applicable legal timelines. Report concerns to [email protected] and allow reasonable remediation time before public disclosure.

প্রযোজ্য আইন সাপেক্ষে আপনি তথ্য/প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সম্পর্কে জানতে, কপি/অ্যাক্সেস পেতে, ভুল সংশোধন, অপূর্ণতা পূরণ, মুছতে, সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার, নির্দিষ্ট প্রক্রিয়া সীমিত/আপত্তি, বহনযোগ্য কপি এবং কেবল স্বয়ংক্রিয় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্তে মানব পর্যালোচনা চাইতে পারেন। অ্যাপের profile/privacy controls বা [email protected] ব্যবহার করুন।
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about processing, access/copy, correction/completion, deletion, consent withdrawal, restriction/objection to certain processing, portability, and human review of a solely automated significant decision. Use in-app profile/privacy controls or [email protected].
নিরাপত্তার জন্য পরিচয়/কর্তৃত্ব যাচাই করব। অন্যের অধিকার, আইনগত সংরক্ষণ, জালিয়াতি প্রতিরোধ বা অসম্ভব/অসামঞ্জস্য অনুরোধে আইন অনুযায়ী সীমা ও কারণ জানাতে পারি। সম্মতি প্রত্যাহারের আগের বৈধ ব্যবহার অবৈধ হয় না। উত্তর নিয়ে অসন্তুষ্ট হলে পুনর্বিবেচনা বা প্রযোজ্য উপাত্ত/ভোক্তা কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে অভিযোগ করতে পারেন। প্রতিশোধ নেওয়া হবে না।
We verify identity/authority for security. We may apply lawful limits for others’ rights, required retention, fraud prevention, or impossible/disproportionate requests and explain the reason. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. If dissatisfied, request review or complain to the applicable data/consumer authority; we will not retaliate.
১২. দেশের বাইরে সংরক্ষণ/স্থানান্তর
12. International storage and transfers
Cloud, push, media, নিরাপত্তা বা অন্যান্য প্রসেসর বাংলাদেশ ছাড়া অন্য দেশে তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে। স্থানান্তরের আগে প্রযোজ্য অনুমোদন/স্থানীয়করণ, চুক্তিগত নিরাপত্তা, উদ্দেশ্য-সীমা, প্রবেশ নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও গ্রহণকারী দেশের সুরক্ষা/ঝুঁকি বিবেচনা করি। আইন যেখানে বাংলাদেশে নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য রাখার নির্দেশ দেয় সেখানে তা মানি। বিস্তারিত বা প্রাসঙ্গিক সুরক্ষার কপি [email protected]এ চাইতে পারেন।
Cloud, push, media, security, or other processors may process data outside Bangladesh. Before transfer we consider applicable approval/localization rules, contractual safeguards, purpose limits, access controls, and destination protection/risk. We follow rules requiring specified data to remain in Bangladesh. Ask [email protected] for relevant transfer details or safeguards.
১৩. নীতি পরিবর্তন
13. Policy changes
ফিচার বা আইন বদলালে নীতি হালনাগাদ করব এবং উপরে নতুন সংস্করণ/তারিখ দেব। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নতুন উদ্দেশ্য, নতুন সংবেদনশীল ব্যবহার বা অধিকারের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রভাবে অ্যাপ/ওয়েব/ইমেইলে স্পষ্ট নোটিশ দেব এবং আইন চাইলে নতুন সম্মতি নেব। পুরোনো সংস্করণ আইনি নথি হিসেবে সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে।
We update this policy as features or law change and post a new version/date above. For a material new purpose, sensitive use, or rights impact, we will give prominent in-app/web/email notice and obtain renewed consent where law requires. Prior versions may be retained as legal records.
