1. Accurate and complete listings
বিক্রেতা/প্রদানকারীকে প্রকৃত পরিচয় ও যোগাযোগ, মোট মূল্য/ফি ও কর, পণ্যের অবস্থা, পরিমাণ, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ত্রুটি/ঝুঁকি, ডেলিভারি সময়/এলাকা, লাইসেন্স, warranty এবং বাতিল/ফেরত শর্ত আগে জানাতে হবে। stock নেই বা দাম বদলালে দ্রুত আপডেট করুন; bait pricing বা গোপন charge নয়।
Sellers/providers must disclose true identity/contact, total price/fees/tax, condition, quantity, material defects/risks, delivery time/area, licences, warranty, and cancellation/return terms before commitment. Update unavailable stock or price promptly; no bait pricing or hidden charges.
২. নিষিদ্ধ ও নিয়ন্ত্রিত পণ্য/সেবা
2. Prohibited and regulated goods/services
আইনে নিষিদ্ধ বা কমিউনিটি নীতিতে তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্য/সেবা নয়। খাদ্য, ওষুধ, স্বাস্থ্য, পরিবহন, আর্থিক, টেলিকম, কর্মসংস্থান বা পেশাগত সেবায় প্রয়োজনীয় লাইসেন্স, নিরাপত্তা, মূল্য, লেবেল, বয়স ও রেকর্ডের নিয়ম মানুন। JogaJug প্রমাণ চাইতে বা তালিকা বন্ধ করতে পারে।
No unlawful goods/services or items barred by the Community Guidelines. Food, medicine, health, transport, finance, telecom, employment, and professional services must follow licensing, safety, price, labelling, age, and record rules. JogaJug may request proof or disable a listing.

3. Orders, acceptance, and contract
গ্রাহকের request একটি প্রস্তাব; বিক্রেতা/প্রদানকারীর স্পষ্ট গ্রহণ এবং মূল্য/শর্ত নিশ্চিত হলে তাদের চুক্তি হয়, যদি স্ক্রিনে ভিন্নভাবে না বলা থাকে। ভুল মূল্য, সন্দেহজনক জালিয়াতি, নিরাপত্তা, stock বা আইনি বাধায় দ্রুত কারণ জানিয়ে বাতিল করা যায়; ইতিমধ্যে নেওয়া অর্থ ফেরত দিতে হবে। JogaJug-এর status/notification যোগাযোগের সহায়ক, স্বাধীন রসিদ রাখুন।
A customer request is an offer; a contract between customer and seller/provider forms on clear acceptance and confirmation of price/terms unless the screen says otherwise. Genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, safety, stock, or legal barriers may justify prompt cancellation with reason; money already taken must be refunded. JogaJug status/notifications assist communication; retain independent receipts.
৪. ডেলিভারি, রাইড ও সরাসরি সেবা
4. Delivery, rides, and in-person services
সঠিক যান/লাইসেন্স, নিরাপদ আচরণ, সম্মত route/মূল্য, প্রয়োজনীয় helmet/সরঞ্জাম, পণ্যের হেফাজত ও স্থানীয় নিয়ম মানতে হবে। ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক pickup/drop-off ও নিরাপদ প্রবেশ দিতে হবে। অতিরিক্ত যাত্রী/পণ্য, হয়রানি, route manipulation, নগদ নিয়ে অস্বীকার বা অফ-প্ল্যাটফর্ম জোর নিষিদ্ধ। দুর্ঘটনায় আগে জরুরি সহায়তা, পরে রিপোর্ট।
Use valid vehicle/licence, safe conduct, agreed route/price, required helmets/equipment, proper custody, and local rules. Users must provide accurate pickup/drop-off and safe access. Unauthorized passengers/goods, harassment, route manipulation, cash denial, or forced off-platform dealing are prohibited. In an accident seek emergency help first, then report.
৫. চাকরি, গিগ ও মাইক্রোজব
5. Jobs, gigs, and microjobs
কাজের পরিচয়, দায়িত্ব, স্থান/সময়, মজুরি/ফি, payment timing, যোগ্যতা, ঝুঁকি ও কর্মসংস্থানের প্রকৃতি সত্যভাবে লিখুন। চাকরি পেতে অঘোষিত fee, জামানত, OTP বা বেআইনি বৈষম্য/শিশুশ্রম/জোরপূর্বক শ্রম নয়। কাজের proof কেবল প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য নেবে। শ্রমিক/ঠিকাদার শ্রেণি label নয়, বাস্তবতা ও আইন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত।
Truthfully state employer/task identity, duties, place/time, wage/fee, payment timing, qualifications, risk, and nature of engagement. No undisclosed recruitment fee/deposit, OTP request, illegal discrimination, child labour, or forced labour. Proof should collect only necessary data. Worker/contractor status follows facts and law, not a platform label.
৬. মূল্য, পেমেন্ট, কয়েন ও পেআউট
6. Price, payment, coins, and payouts
চেকআউট/গ্রহণের আগে মোট মূল্য ও JogaJug fee (থাকলে) দেখানো হবে। বাহ্যিক পেমেন্টের ঝুঁকি ও প্রমাণ পক্ষদের। Chargeback, duplicated payment, fraud বা হিসাব ভুল তদন্তে payout সাময়িক আটকে রাখা যায়; কারণ ও আপিল দেওয়া হবে যেখানে নিরাপদ/আইনসিদ্ধ। কয়েন/পুরস্কার আলাদা প্রদর্শিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী; গোপনে নগদ বিক্রি নয়।
Total price and any JogaJug fee will be shown before checkout/acceptance. Parties bear risk and proof for external payment. Payouts may be temporarily held to investigate chargeback, duplicate payment, fraud, or accounting error, with reason and appeal where safe/lawful. Coins/rewards follow separately displayed rules and may not be covertly sold for cash.
৭. বাতিল, ফেরত, refund ও অভিযোগ
7. Cancellation, return, refund, and complaints
আইন, checkout-এর প্রকাশিত শর্ত এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতার নীতি প্রযোজ্য। না-পাওয়া, ভুল, নকল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, বর্ণনার সাথে গুরুতর অমিল বা অননুমোদিত charge দ্রুত ছবি/রসিদসহ জানান। বিক্রেতা/প্রদানকারীকে যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়ে মেরামত, বদল, পুনঃসম্পাদন বা refund দিতে হবে যেখানে আইন/শর্ত প্রযোজ্য। পচনশীল/custom/digital পণ্যে change-of-mind সীমিত হতে পারে, কিন্তু defect/fraud/আইনি অধিকার নয়।
Law, checkout disclosures, and the relevant seller policy apply. Promptly document non-delivery, wrong, counterfeit, damaged, materially misdescribed, or unauthorized charges with photos/receipts. Where law/terms require, sellers/providers must offer repair, replacement, re-performance, or refund within a reasonable time. Change-of-mind returns may be limited for perishables/custom/digital goods, but not defect, fraud, or statutory rights.
প্রথমে অর্ডার/অনুরোধে সমস্যা রিপোর্ট করুন, তারপর [email protected]। JogaJug প্রমাণ চেয়ে মধ্যস্থতা করতে পারে কিন্তু আদালত/কর্তৃপক্ষ নয়। জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তরে অভিযোগসহ আইনগত অধিকার অক্ষুণ্ণ।
Report through the order/request first, then [email protected]. JogaJug may request evidence and facilitate resolution but is not a court/regulator. Rights including complaint to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection remain available.
৮. রিভিউ ও রেকর্ড
8. Reviews and records
শুধু বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতার সৎ, প্রাসঙ্গিক রিভিউ দিন; পুরস্কৃত রিভিউ প্রকাশ করুন। হুমকি দিয়ে review বদল, fake review, প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী sabotage বা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নয়। পক্ষদের অর্ডার, মূল্য, কথোপকথন ও ডেলিভারির প্রমাণ রাখতে হবে; JogaJug privacy policy ও আইন অনুযায়ী audit record রাখে।
Give honest, relevant reviews based on real experience and disclose incentives. No threats to change a review, fake reviews, competitor sabotage, or personal data. Parties should retain order, price, conversation, and delivery proof; JogaJug retains audit records under its Privacy Policy and law.
৯. প্রয়োগ

লঙ্ঘনে তালিকা সরানো, অর্ডার সীমা, নথি পুনঃযাচাই, refund/payout সমন্বয় যেখানে অনুমোদিত, warning, suspension/ban ও আইনগত রিপোর্ট হতে পারে। জরুরি ঝুঁকি/জালিয়াতি ছাড়া কারণ ও আপিলের সুযোগ দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করব।
Violations may lead to listing removal, order limits, renewed document checks, authorized refund/payout adjustment, warning, suspension/ban, or legal report. Except urgent risk/fraud, we will try to provide reason and appeal.
