বিশ্বাসযোগ্য হুমকি, সহিংসতায় উৎসাহ, সন্ত্রাসী/অপরাধী কর্মকাণ্ডে সহায়তা, অস্ত্র দিয়ে ক্ষতির নির্দেশনা, মানব পাচার, অপহরণ বা বিপজ্জনক চ্যালেঞ্জ নিষিদ্ধ। আসন্ন বিপদে অ্যাপ রিপোর্টের পাশাপাশি ৯৯৯-এ যোগাযোগ করুন।
Credible threats, incitement, assistance for terrorism/crime, instructions to harm with weapons, trafficking, abduction, or dangerous challenges are prohibited. For imminent danger, contact 999 as well as reporting in-app.

শিশু যৌন শোষণমূলক কনটেন্ট, grooming, যৌন সেবা/শোষণ, ধর্ষণ/অ-সম্মত কনটেন্ট, প্রতিশোধমূলক অন্তরঙ্গ ছবি, যৌন blackmail বা কারও অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্তরঙ্গ তথ্য শেয়ারে শূন্য সহনশীলতা। আমরা কনটেন্ট সরিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ এবং আইনে প্রয়োজন হলে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে পারি।
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation material, grooming, sexual exploitation, rape/non-consensual content, revenge intimate imagery, sexual blackmail, or sharing intimate information without permission. We may remove, disable, preserve, and report as law requires.

লক্ষ্যভিত্তিক অপমান/হুমকি, stalking, doxxing, ভিড়কে আক্রমণে আহ্বান, বা ধর্ম, জাতি, বর্ণ, লিঙ্গ, যৌনতা, প্রতিবন্ধিতা, জাতীয়তা ইত্যাদির ভিত্তিতে মানুষকে অমানবিক করা/বর্জন/সহিংসতায় উৎসাহ নিষিদ্ধ। মতের সমালোচনা করুন, ব্যক্তিকে হয়রানি নয়।
Targeted abuse/threats, stalking, doxxing, calls for mob attacks, or dehumanization, exclusion, or violence based on religion, ethnicity, race, sex, sexuality, disability, nationality, and similar traits are prohibited. Critique ideas; do not harass people.
৪. আত্মহানি, চিকিৎসা ও বিপজ্জনক ভুল তথ্য

আত্মহানি/আত্মহত্যা উৎসাহ বা পদ্ধতি প্রচার, ভুয়া চিকিৎসা দিয়ে গুরুতর ক্ষতি, দুর্যোগ/নির্বাচন/জননিরাপত্তায় তাৎক্ষণিক ক্ষতিকর প্রতারণা নিষিদ্ধ। সহায়ক আলোচনা করা যায়; জরুরি অবস্থায় পেশাদার বা জরুরি সেবা নিন।
Encouraging self-harm/suicide or promoting methods, harmful fake cures, and deception causing imminent disaster/election/public-safety harm are prohibited. Supportive discussion is allowed; seek professionals or emergency services in a crisis.

5. Authenticity, news, and fraud
অন্যের পরিচয়, জাল নথি/রিভিউ/এনগেজমেন্ট, scam, phishing, pyramid scheme, OTP/পাসওয়ার্ড চুরি, পরিবর্তিত মিডিয়াকে সত্য বলে ক্ষতি, বা সংবাদসূত্র/ঘটনা সাজানো নিষিদ্ধ। ব্যঙ্গ, মতামত, বিজ্ঞাপন ও AI/পরিবর্তিত কনটেন্ট প্রাসঙ্গিকভাবে চিহ্নিত করুন। Reporter ব্যবহারকারীকে উৎস যাচাই, সংশোধন ও স্বার্থের সংঘাত প্রকাশ করতে হবে।
Impersonation, forged documents/reviews/engagement, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, credential theft, harmful deceptive media, or fabricated sources/events are forbidden. Label satire, opinion, advertising, and materially AI/edited content where context requires. Reporters must verify sources, correct errors, and disclose conflicts.

অনুমতি ছাড়া NID/পাসপোর্ট, ফোন, ঠিকানা, আর্থিক/স্বাস্থ্য তথ্য, ব্যক্তিগত মেসেজ বা অবস্থান প্রকাশ করবেন না। নিজের বা অনুমোদিত কনটেন্ট দিন; বৈধ উদ্ধৃতি/সমালোচনা/ব্যতিক্রমের সীমা মানুন।
Do not expose NID/passport, phone, address, financial/health data, private messages, or location without permission. Post content you own or may use and stay within lawful quotation, criticism, and other exceptions.

বাল্ক অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বার্তা, repetitive পোস্ট, bot/fake account, scraping, malware, নিরাপত্তা ভাঙা, rate limit এড়ানো, ভুয়া রিপোর্ট বা engagement কেনাবেচা নিষিদ্ধ। অনুমোদিত API/automation-এর শর্ত মানুন।
Bulk unsolicited messages, repetitive posts, bots/fake accounts, scraping, malware, security bypass, rate-limit evasion, false reports, or traded engagement are prohibited. Follow terms for authorized APIs/automation.

অবৈধ মাদক, অস্ত্র/বিস্ফোরক, চোরাই/জাল পণ্য, মানুষ/অঙ্গ, বন্যপ্রাণী, নকল নথি, জুয়া, যৌন শোষণ, বিপজ্জনক পদার্থ, প্রেসক্রিপশন/নিয়ন্ত্রিত পণ্য বা আইনসিদ্ধ লাইসেন্স ছাড়া নিয়ন্ত্রিত সেবা তালিকাভুক্ত করা যাবে না। বিস্তারিত নীতি দেখুন।
Do not list illegal drugs, weapons/explosives, stolen/counterfeit goods, people/organs, protected wildlife, forged documents, gambling, sexual exploitation, dangerous materials, prescription/controlled goods, or regulated services without lawful licences. See the Commerce Policy.

আমরা তীব্রতা, উদ্দেশ্য, প্রেক্ষাপট, ক্ষতি ও পুনরাবৃত্তি দেখে label, reach কমানো, কনটেন্ট সরানো, warning/strike, feature limit, payout hold, সাময়িক/স্থায়ী ban বা কর্তৃপক্ষকে রিপোর্ট করতে পারি। ভুল হলে অ্যাপের sanction/appeal বা [email protected]-এ আপিল করুন। রিপোর্টকারীর পরিচয় সাধারণত গোপন রাখা হয়, তবে আইন/ন্যায্য প্রক্রিয়া ভিন্ন কিছু চাইতে পারে।
Based on severity, intent, context, harm, and repetition, we may label, reduce reach, remove, warn/strike, limit features, hold payouts, suspend/ban, or report to authorities. Appeal errors in the sanction/appeal flow or at [email protected]. Reporter identity is generally confidential unless law or fair process requires otherwise.
